Summary
We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we never sell it. This site does not use advertising trackers.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact / RFP form: your name, email, organization, practice area, timeline, project brief and any file you attach.
- OmniBridge waitlist: your email address and your role (parent, educator or therapist).
- Email: anything you send to contact@pathwin.ai.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. Logs are kept for a limited time.
- Spam protection: to stop automated abuse we may briefly record an IP address to limit how often a form can be sent, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human.
- Your page settings (theme, text size, reduce motion) are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They are never sent to us.
If we enable privacy-friendly analytics (such as Google Analytics with IP anonymization and advertising features turned off), we will list it here before it goes live.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry, RFP or waitlist signup.
- To route your request to the right practice lead, using internal tools such as email, Slack and Jira.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use your submissions to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run PATHWIN, under contracts that require them to protect it: our web and email hosting (for example Hostinger, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and Amazon Web Services), and our internal collaboration tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, normally no longer than three years, unless a contract or law requires longer. Waitlist emails are deleted when the waitlist closes or when you ask us to remove you.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form data is validated on the server, and credentials for our email and integrations are stored outside the public web folder and are never part of our source code.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email contact@pathwin.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This website is intended for adults: agencies, businesses, parents, educators and therapists. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Our Assistive NeuroTech demos run entirely in your browser and do not send anything to us.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
